Stitching Method

Straight stitch and lock stitch
Straight stitch is suitable for most materials, like canvas and leather. The edges of the materials are sewn together by a sewing machine to form a strong bond.
Lock stitch for parts that need strong, wear-resistant seams. Use it on the bag’s bottom and the shoulder strap connection. Overlock seams wrap the edges of the materials together. They protect better against wear and tear.

Hot melt glue stitching
Synthetic leather and PVC are glued together with hot melt glue. It needs special equipment, like a hot melt glue gun or machine.
This ensures uniform heating and glue application. Hot melt glue becomes liquid when heated. It cools quickly to form a strong bond. This is good for materials that do not allow sewing.

Viscose stitching
Using strong glue to join materials is easy. But, it is not as strong as hot melt glue or stitching.
This method is for lightweight materials, like thin leather and cloth. It usually involves applying glue to the surfaces to be bonded. Then, press them together.
Stitching Sequence
A good stitching sequence can increase efficiency and reduce mistakes. Make sure each part is connected firmly. We do it this way:
- Use a clamp or fixing tool: Keep the parts stable during stitching to ensure accuracy.
- Segmented stitching: For a complex design, the bag can be stitched in parts and then assembled. This makes it easier to sew and improves quality control.

Structural Stability Measures
To ensure the structural stability of the final product, we:
- Reinforced stitching: Double stitching in high-stress areas to increase strength. This is especially for load-bearing parts like shoulder straps and handles.
- Use padding: Add it to high-friction, weight-bearing areas. It will reduce wear and improve comfort.
- Quality inspection: Inspect regularly during production. This will find and fix problems. It will also ensure each splice meets quality standards.
We will choose the best method for you. It will suit your design and material. This ensures the quality and performance of your product. This will make you happy and your brand stronger.
