Disclaimer
General information
Everything published on leelinebags.com is written in good faith, as general information about how bags are made and sourced. That is the whole of what it is. By continuing to use the site, you accept this disclaimer.
Published in good faith. Guides are written to be useful to a buyer, not to make a promise about any particular order.
No warranty. No warranty is given for the completeness, reliability or accuracy of anything on the site.
At your own risk. A decision taken on the strength of a page here is taken on your own judgement, and we are not the party carrying that risk.
Product specifications
A figure on a page is not the specification for your order. What you receive is settled in writing, against a quotation and a tech pack, and not against this site.
Subject to change. Specifications, material compositions, dimensions and certification status can change without notice as stock and tooling change.
Confirmed in writing. A quotation and an approved tech pack are the only documents that fix a specification; a page here is a description, not one of them.
Photographs vary. A production sample can differ slightly from a photograph on this site, because screens render colour differently and a material batch moves by a shade.
Safety and compliance
Standards move. A guide reflects the rules in force on the day it was written, not the day you read it.
Standards evolve. REACH, Proposition 65, CPSIA, OEKO-TEX and comparable regimes are revised on their own timetable, and a page here is not updated the moment one of them moves.
Dated by writing. Where a guide quotes a limit or a test method, that figure belongs to the version of the standard in force when the page was written.
Verify before ordering. The current requirement is what governs an order. Confirm it with your own compliance adviser before a run is placed.
We do not advise. Nothing here is legal, regulatory or safety-compliance advice, and none of it substitutes for testing a product against the rule that applies to it.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is advice you can rely on in place of a qualified professional, and nothing here is a certification.
Two things this site is not
It is not legal advice. A compliance decision belongs with a qualified legal professional who has the whole picture, not with a page written for a general reader.
It is not certification. Nothing here replaces formal safety testing or third-party certification. A product needs independent verification before it is placed on a market, whatever a page says about it.
Third-party links
A page here may link out to a testing body, a regulator or an industry partner. As a convenience, and with no more meaning than that.
Outside our control. Content and availability on a linked site are the linked site's business, and they can change or disappear without us hearing about it.
Not an endorsement. A link is not a recommendation, and it is not evidence that we stand behind what is on the other end of it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, LeelineBags Technology Limited is not liable for losses arising from the use of this site or from what a reader decides after reading it.
Indirect losses. Incidental, special or consequential damages are excluded, whether or not the possibility of one was known.
Commercial losses. Lost profit, business interruption and a procurement decision taken on the strength of a page here are within that exclusion.
The limit. Where a liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.
Updates and changes
This disclaimer can be revised at any time, and a revision takes effect the moment it is posted.
No prior notice. There is no obligation to announce an update, and no duty to mail one out.
Effective on posting. What applies is the version on this page at the moment you use the site.
Continued use. Reading on after a change is taken as acceptance of the revised wording.
A question about this disclaimer goes to info@leelinebags.com, or through the contact page.
